Mental health is something very close to my heart. Talking to someone when you need shouldn’t be any different than seeing a doctor when you’re sick.
This Friday the 9th of October is Odd Socks Day. Odd Socks Day is designed to raise awareness and reduce stigma of mental health issues.
Donate if you can but if not snap a picture wearing your best odd socks and use the tag #osd2020 to raise awareness.

GROW is a community-based national organisation that has more than 60 years experience in developing a unique program for improving and maintaining mental health. Our programs are based on lived experience meaning Grow groups are a meeting of peers, made up of people who are striving to develop and maintain good mental health.
